    Default Question about epic past life feats?

    If I get an Epic past life feat, and then do a heroic TR, do I start to use the epic past life feat at level 1 or does it kick in at 20?

    Like everything else, its probably still subject to change, but the Devs said that they start at level 1. That's most likely why many of them have a per level component.
