I was guarding se lever alone dragon. Dragon came and I flip lever. After that start casting ice storm followed by acid rain. Then I hit energy vortex button...then poof I died..i see gargoyle came but they don't hit me... don't really know what the hell happen .. here is the combat log

(Combat): You begin to cast Ice Storm at level 22.
(Combat): You begin to cast Acid Rain at level 26
(Combat): You begin to cast Energy Vortex at level 40.
(Combat): You are affected by your energy vortex (acid).
(Combat): An aura of damaging acid surrounds you!
After that all combat logs about effect removed from you when u died..
(Combat): You suffer 646 points of damage from Poison Exploit
(Combat): You begin to cast Energy Vortex at level 37 x2
(Combat): You were killed by Talloss

Anybody know what happen/ facing similar situation?

Wow really? Luckily it only happen once to me so far.. and also I avoid myself guarding lever alone ever since..

Assuming the character you were on was Talloss, did you have double rainbow active at the time? I've noticed on my druid that energy vortex will give me a couple stacks of Beguile. It could also produce any of the shiradi on hit procs.

Yep I did twist double rainbow. If so then using shiradi now include a chance to kill yourself..well..lame..

It has had that for a LONG time. It can also drop a bomb just like in Blown to Bits. and ... Underseige?

we have one of those on Thelanis, hit while standing in town, not in a quest, and resulted in death
hes been reported for griefing
