A forum heading implies that F2P accounts should have posting privileges in some forums, even if not all forums. And, on my F2P account I was able to start a thread. But, I've not been able to post or reply since then.

I'm a bit confused about what was intended and what was not (no posting rights, throttled quantity of posts per day or week, or full rights for some fora).
