WHAT? I have to Have favor now to get a Tiny bag?

Ok now I am a little confused and yet a little mad....with the update to the layout of Stormreach harbor you have removed the lady that gave new arrivals their bags in one swoop and from what I have gathered spread them out to the various NPCs one is Baudry the other is Fitzpat (*Or is it capsaw?) while it is not big deal to get the bag from Baudry it is annoying that you have to talk to a Patron to get the other as you have to get the favor to even talk to him to even get past the lecture that you are not worth their time to get a beginner item....PLEASE either bring back the woman, forget her name, or give Baudy ALL of the bags

Or even better in the Lamannia Server how about placing them with the Test Quiver?

I don't know the names: one is at the docks in the southeast and the second is in front of the barn door (who gives the quest to collect the smuggler's gems, go deeper into the dialogue to get the bag) in the south. The crafting NPC is at the same location as before.

Baudry Cartomon is the quest giver for a short set of quests and he freely hands out a small collectables bag. He is in the Harbor, just off the walkway that takes you from the Korthos entry point into Harbor proper. Fitzpat the Fence gives you the Smuggler's Warehouse" mission and he freely hands out a tiny gem bag. He is also in Harbor.

Jeanselme (just inside the front door) in the Twelve freely hands out a small ingredients bag. You can pick up tiny ingredients bags in multiple places.

You can also buy bags in the Erstwhile Emporium in House Phiarlan, for about 9000 plat each.

Is Erstwhile the only place that sells bags? I know you can get bags for the Twelve favor as well and buy bags in the DDO store, was looking for ones for plat.
