Yes I am disappointed in the Shadar-Kai's. Anything that forces a rogue to go below 50% is bad.
The Bladeforged is very tempting on my fleshy Arti, need all the repair I can get.

Disappointing. The feats are weak, and two of them are extremely class-specific, even more so than the heroics. And you can only have one stance active at a time. Not that I can think of a character that would even benefit from using them all at once, but seriously? I suppose it's an ok bonus for WF arcanes, arties, or nuking clerics/FvS to pick up in the process of getting their class PLs, but I can't see anyone else going after these feats for their own sake.
EDIT: Now that we have the whole picture, the shadar-kai and PDK passives are ok.

We're still working on the UI in some aspects. There should be a tooltip that has the full text.
In this build, Shadar-kai passive bonus is 1% Dodge. Purple Dragon Knight passive is 3 PRR.
What is "+10 Alignment Spell Power" on Morninglord pastlife feat?
its spell power, that effects alignement spells XD...
that PL would effect these spells (old list so there might be a few more)

Depends if its 25% incorporeal per past life for 75% or extra life just increase duration from 6 to 12 and 18. Else its useless to a Shadowdancer rogue unless they dont take the shadow form. Even so, there's a good chance on EE that getting hit below 50% will kill you and the proc will be wasted.
Bladeforged: +10 repair spellpower is understandable from a flavor perspective, but of very limited application in game (and nearly useless if you decide to go into a non-Warforged/Bladeforged/Artificer life). Make it +10 force spell power instead - it's thematic (increases the damage of blade barrier) and useful for many types of characters, even some non-casters (thanks to epic abilities like Boulder Toss).
Passive ability is fine.
Shadar-kai: Active ability is waaaaay too short for how often it procs (once every two minutes, if I'm reading that right). Make it 10 seconds each stack and let it proc once per minute - 25% incorporeal for 50% of the time isn't overpowered (anybody with 6 levels of monk can do it 100% of the time) and an appropriate payoff for 3 IRs.
Active ability is fine.
Morninglord: +3 positive spell power is barely worth commenting on for the passive, especially since positive spell power actually gives less boost than any other type of spell power. Make it at least +5 per stack, preferably more. Or if you want to make almost everybody happy, make it +3% healing amplification per stack (we've lost a lot of the easier-to-get healing amp thanks to enhancement changes and a lack of healing amp on current end-game items, so this isn't at all unbalanced).
Active ability is good.
PDK: Looks pretty good!

Currently, light spellpower on sheet includes alignment spells in their description (like repair spellpower includes rust, and force spellpower includes physical and untyped). But with this past life in play, we must ask if they will raise light spellpower as well.
The only source in game that raises "only" light spellpower is from the Divine Disciple tree, and it also states that the bonus also applies to alignment spellpower.
