    It has become abundantly clear that the devs are too timid to address dc's. That would promote a more diverse team play.

    First lifers still have Shiradi, but the big problem is the lack of in game information that would advise new players that this it is a worthwhile ed to start in.

    Some people seem to forget that epic quests gives a hell lot more xp than heroics one. To get all heroic pls you have to grind 164 million xp and that's in those ****** quests where the average xp/min early on is somewhere in between 1-3k/min if you're good at zerging and will increase at certain lvls and decrease at others. Compare this to the 216 million xp for the epic past lives where you have quests that can give up to 10k xp/min. 216 million for complete epic tr toon doesnt sound all that bad imo.

    Except that EPLs for arcanes are worse than heroic PLs for arcanes. Lol. How ridiculous is that.

    Is there a way to work in new spells somehow? Might not be the best place but how many new spells have Arcanes gotten in the past 5-10 updates? 1? Sucks using lvl 1-9 spells on level 40 monsters.

    Well, there's no way to make them BETTER because arcane heroic PLs are so good.... If this really bothers you, the best solution would be to nerf heroic PLs... Is that what you want?

    Besides 9% spell crits seems pretty solid to me... I'll be epic TRing my arcane caster at least 3 times

    Yes, 9% double-strike is a serious boost... And that's in a "good" sphere for most melee, so it won't be painful to get the karma. This change will get nearly every melee to epic TR at least 3 times.

    9% more spell crits is nothing to sneer at either.

    Right when EK is going to come out, they are going to have insane doublestrike and insane crit chance.

    Tukaw might go from viable to optimal to FOTM, and then straight to plaid.

    I like the upgrade to 3% chance on Doublestrike and Critical chance. It's worth ER at least 3 times for both bonus.

    Now, about that +1 Enhancement. Change it to +10/15/20 Spellpower and the Arcane Sphere would be set.

    Next: that +1 Skill bonus needs to be changed for something else completely. Noone in their mind will actually ER for this. The best is +Sneak attack dice, since there is not a single bonus that benefits Rogue (except DS but that's more for Monks/Druids).

    +2d6/+3d6/+4d6 SA damage.

    Arcane passive is total garbage. 2 of the 3 arcane actives are total garbage. None of the EPLs do anything for DC Arcanes. Do we really want to reinforce/propogate 1 trick pony Shiradi arcanes? They are mind numbing to play. Spamming magic missle a billion times is not my idea of fun. The other spheres are all far better IMO.

    The best solution is to make EPLs for epic levels only and make them actually useful for Arcanes. No fail EE Stormhorn fort DCs are probably close to 80 from what I've heard. Do you really think an extra dc or 3 is going to be OP for an arcane at epic levels?

    I really didn't notice a difference when we had the +2 Stacking from the tablecloth. 2-3 more DCs from EPLs would not be OP at all.

    It would be mandatory though, something you're have to do.

    I am kinda happy the epic tr past life stuff is boring, was not looking forward to multi epic TRing many toons (VIP so have lots of toons vs those that may only be working on a couple).
    I am sure the plus to this or that is great for some but I find it lacks... inspiration.
    I am not sure what I expected but this is a little dull, it just numbers. Perhaps a way to make the epic trs stand out. If u are a bard u get to pick different music or you permanently get a destiny line (max one) active and locked while working on any other destinies, have a permanent kobald hiring that hauls your stuff around and manages your inventory . But this is good I feel I can safely not bother epic TRing for my basic toons and just sped the time on maybe one having an epic past life. likely a caster because DC's are a constant issue, we get better then mobs get high etc and those that don't max those out tend to be left behind.
    Thank You to the turbine crew for work, I doublt this is easy to do and I wish u best of luck
    btw the druid bear melee damage (scaling based on level) is still broken or never made lol

    Definitely like these changes. Going to have to get some of these. However, I'd like to see the arcane spell criticals be universal crit chance.

    It seems they really do. There was lots of feedback on this issue in various places on the forums and I'd guess in surveys too. It is very sad to see it ignored.

    I dont think anyone thinks that the enhancement bonus is overpowered, ever. It's the same as monk past live, +1 damage, except worse, because it's only to the main hand.

    The +1 to hit doesn't have any mathematical impact in most instances thanks to the AC formula changes.

    Doublestrike

    +3 to saves

    Primal procs/doubleshot depending

    All the other spheres are better than the +1 enhancement bonus for a melee. And the passive of abortion 1% is awful (though admittedly probably better than the ac for 90% of melee, since most melee builds sport an AC that is always hit, assuming epic elite).

    I do not really care about the benefit you get per say. I care about what this running in off destiny is going to mean for epic elite which is where I have the most fun in game. The xp per min in epic hard vs. epic elite as it currently stands is a fairly big advantage/incentive to running quests on epic hard. In an off destiny the xp per minute for epic hard vs. epic elite is going to be even more pronounced. This reincarnation is going to totally end the running of epic elite because the incentive will be so big to run quests on epic hard. If no one plays epic elite I will be quitting DDO most certainly.

    To those who say the melee sphere is going to be good for all melee try running grandmaster on any class that does not have monk levels. On a barbarian grandmaster is terrible.
