No. +1 Enhancement bonus is too weak for an Epic Past life. It's useless for casters and it's just +3 damage for a melee. No way it's worth it.
This is the ARCANE Sphere. We need: criticals, Spell power, DC and the cooldown one is actually the best one at the moment.
Well the arcane tree sure is worthwhile, NOT!
An increase on some of the useful teamplay casting dc's, like enchantment at least!

Just want to point out, it's up to +3 (as it stacks), and each +1 should give +3 Spellpower for an arcane, so you're looking at +9 Spellpower.
My Arti would end up with a +12 Epic Calomel Heavy Repeater giving +36 Spellpower
It could turn Twilight, Element of Magic into a +10 weapon with +30 Spellpower.

The ac bonus is too low and useful only to tanks, which we don't need because there is no endgame that needs it.
You're also seem to be missing the point that melee's are also played to do dps and that we, as your paying customers would like to see some dps related stuff, extra damage, extra attack speed, extra double strike, extra fortification breaking etc
atleast consider this dev's, we need more dps due to your mob hp design.
The suggestion is nice, but a (9 times)stacking 1 to damage, 1% attack speed, 1% double strike per stack would be more balanced

At least get the 4.0 WotC ideas out of your head, melee's can actually do damage, they can even do it without being a total waste of a party spot (which they are now)
Trying to pigeonhole us into set roles is really a bad idea
The martial one requires far more dps,
The wild ones lack melee dps (besides the random proc)
The divine one is strong for the already struggling melee's but offers little to spell-caster (you dev's did know that divine classes can cast offensive spells right?) 27 prr for such a huge amount of exp....
Arcane one is lackluster at best
No melee has reason to epic tr right now, no incentive to run less desirable content to make a better toon, especially with the " run saga's for CoV's" debacle, more fun to stay in heroic Eberron content.
Another question that popped up, will these passive benefits show up after a heroic tr at lv 1?
Even more pressing questions, where are you leading the game to?

Are you aware of the grim, distru****l attitude that's going around? i'm not talking about forum trolls here, i'm talking about angry moms/housewives that are complaining about the tr situation in my mabar group.
These ladies have been our resident raid/party healers for years and they are spewing bile worse then the forum trolls, they are peeved about all the U20 stuff!
There are melee DPS options in each sphere except Divine.
That 9 spell power isn't competing for anything else. We're extremely willing to hear balance and power feedback and consider changes, but something taking up a feat slot is not the same thing as something that's free all the time and stacks with everything.
so 9 martial past lives gives someone 45 ac. I have no idea whether that makes any impact in DDO. I suppose a tank that can get to 120+ can now hit 165 ac which makes a difference for that tank and that might be woth investing. Does not seem that great. I would say 10 ac a life might be worthwhile so someone with 9 past lives could get +90 ac. The healing power is o.k. but most of the other caster stuff is not that impressive. Really disappointed in no DC increase in any school. Heroic Reincarnation should not be far better for any casters. Not enough spell power. I like the random 7% effect, but that might be nice for anyone depending on effect.
