Hello Sarlona,
I played DDO from Beta until around 2008 and am just now getting back into it. At that time I ran a Cleric, a WF Sorc, and a Rogue all at 16 which was the cap at the time. Since so much has changed in terms of game mechanics I've decided on a new account, new server, fresh start so I can re-learn the game and re-experience all of the old and new content. I don't claim to know to much more than Waterworks and STK =), but I'm a quick study and I take instruction and advice very well. My account is a VIP account so I should have access to most content I think...
I'm looking to meet some folks to run with on a rather regular basis as I find the game to be so much more enjoyable when you share the challenge with like minded people.
About me...
I'm a 40yr old father of 3, I work full time as an IT Tech for a School District and I'm a Volunteer Fire Fighter which may cause a sudden and lengthy afk. I tend to enjoy 2 play styles and currently have 2 characters to support that. When zerging I like to play a WF Sorc, and when I'm trying to experience a dungeon I like to play a rogue. I think in the end I'd really like to run the rogue..
I'm not really interested in Random guild invites etc... I'd really like to get to know some people who are social, enjoy running the dungeons and aren't to judgemental about my build not being perfect.

If you want to meet some people who sound a lot like you, say high to Sunhardtt or Lighthardtt. That is the name of my guild leader's main and current project. See if you can join him for a few runs. He is generally running with a couple others in a semi static group (one of which is a firefighter in RL, and plays at the station... he gets afks as well lol) but is friendly and generally welcomes any friends to join him (guildies or not, so just to be clear this isn't guild recruitment). He might be too high a level for your current characters though. Either way tell him Saka said to say "hi." I would get on myself and introduce/invite you to join us on a few runs and see how it goes, but I probably won't be online this week.
