If The TR Values Were Placeholders Turbine Would Have Had A Response

Sadly, it appears to me Producer Glin is saying something along the lines of... "Those are just placeholder values".

I could be wrong, but nothing in that Twitter from Producer Glin indicates anything to me other than that the new system is going live, with only potential changes in Commendations of Valor per Saga run, in U20.

This is how it reads to me, too. Nothing at all that I see about BTA status, lack of good support in game for Sagas, or the pointlessness of House C Challenges... or any of the other concerns we have.
