I notice when I clicked on the Stalwart Defense button it says "Do not use". I have not used this toon for awhile. what is the problem? Thanks.

there are a number of abilities that has that symbol for the buff/debuff. which currently I dont see anything wrong happening, and the work as their supposed to, afaik. so I believe it is merely an icon change, most likely the path for the icon was moved and that is the default icon for when it cant find the one its looking for.

I saw this on my guy and thought someone was giving me a hint about my fighter Seriously tho, I would trade this stance for one called 'Stalwart Banker' that opens up 20 more bank slots - cause thats what stalwart tanks are good for these days

Considering that you can have many kensei and stalwart abilities at the same time I think stalwart is a good option at the moment, I have for example a Fighter 12/cleric 6/Paladin 2 that is my first S&B build but he is mainly kensei, has keen edge and a good death, having a deep splash on both warpriest (have ameliorating strikes) and Stalwart tree (have almost all stalwart stuff till tier 4), seems a good balance between dps and defense with all the dps features including overwhelming critical but also improved shield mastery, currently at level 23 is fun to play.

I'm building a pure Fighter (I'm new and low level still) that putting about 36-37 points into StD and 41 into Kensai. I'm also fairly confident that my S&B Fighter will have similar dps to a TWF. StD is good for some things I think.

I'd be happy to LR/Rebuild as stalwart if I thought I could get the dps. Maybe I just don't have enough in Kensai, but in S&B I don't seem to do much dps & switching to THF with EAGA removes all the stalwart bonuses. On top of that, even with astronomical defense numbers (AC,PRR), he's not nearly as stalwart as before the enh pass.

So I'm just gonna wait until I see an interesting build and maybe TR him. I saw something on Monk/Fighter with dual Bswords.

using a scroll makes you loose the stance, if you're below 300 ish HP, switch to scroll, instadeath XD
Expencive tree to boot

Having a meaningfull ac requires too much ap, makes you loose out on agro managment/ racial stuff/dps/etc
The prr has diminishing returns
When i went from 200 to 210 prr the dr increase was less then 1%

This happens with Spring Resurgence, but it is in fact broken. I run my Ginsu with a friend running a pure druid, and the resurgence visual effect goes off, but no healing from it. So I wouldn't be so sure this is working for you, I would check the #s to be sure.
