    Default No response from support ticket or twitter.

    Trying to pay to play for this game. There is some error with trying to register a card on my account. I have posted a ticket and replied to the auto response I got as the information given by it was no use. I then received another auto reply to confirm I had replied. This last reply was over 24 hours ago and the initial ticket was placed 32 hours ago. I am getting increasingly bored with the game whilst waiting to pay for the VIP content and highly frustrated that I seem stuck and unable to pay for ways to make levelling faster.

    I have also tried Twitter to get a response, no response from there either.

    This is my last hope for a response as I am not paying out for international phone calls to the US (I live in the UK).

    Come on Turbine. Sort it out!

    Default Not resolved, but a work around found.

    After over three days I finally got a response from Accounts. This asked me to phone them to make card payment! As I live outside of the US I was not prepared to do this.

    Instead I looked into using PayPal. This turned out to be very easy and seems more secure than I thought it would be.

    If anyone else has difficulty paying by card due to some strange Turbine System then I would suggest strongly to pay by PayPal, it is easy and was very fast. The entire process from setting up PayPal to making payment with Turbine took about 5-10 minutes which is far better than waiting 3 days to get a poor response.

    Hope this helps someone else in the future.
