Changes to TR heart purchases are not okay

NEW: Epic level Saga rewards now include the option to select "Commendations of Valor:"
Commendations of Valor are a currency which fit in the Ingredient Bag.
If you remove the Commendations of Valor from your ingredient bag and doubleclick on them, a shop interface will open in which you can spend your Commendations of Valor for the following rewards:

This is not okay.

You are removing any benefit to the work people have put in to acquiring tokens of the twelve for hearts of wood, and at the same time making tokens of the twelve useless.

Noone is buying the old augments (Except +1 exceptional stat augments and even then not if you have a true globe) because they are either outclassed by loot gen, or simply useless.

If you change this you are further killing any reason to run old epics and are further diminishing yet another part of your game.

Please change this, or you will annoy many long term players who have saved up many tokens of the twelve for the purpose of TR hearts and who you are now telling have farmed out all those tokens for no (in game) reason.

Good idea - however, there's no such thing as a "True Druidic Heart" in U20 - it's iconic/heroic etc hearts. Turbine will of course assure us that existing hearts will convert to heroic hearts, but the code will accidentally convert them to LR+0 hearts. This will be described as "not WAI", and then go on the known issues list. Once there, they'll feel justified leaving it for 12+ months and telling people to either buy a working heart or grind an epic saga.

That's what I want to know too. I farmed hundreds of tokens a couple lives ago so that I would be fully stocked for Triple Completionist. I am not looking forward to having a couple dozen spots in my TR cache filled with hearts of wood, but compared to having all that effort wasted by not being able to turn the tokens in it is worth the loss of space.

Looks to me like Turbine wants to make it harder to acquire Hearts ingame in the hope that more people will buy them in the DDO store. At least that is the only reason I can imagine why they intend to do this, as I can not see any benefit for the players in removing the Hearts from the Twelve trader's list.

I do not like this proposed change. I enjoy running the old epics, and with most gear from those quests already being obsolete it would be nice if the tokens would remain useful, so I can have both fun and a useful reward instead of getting just one of them.

If the intent is to completely phase out the epic token system, which seems the trend, at least put in a barter box for existing tokens for the new hearts as part of the phase out process. Whatever people feel about the new system for gaining hearts, at least having this option doesn't just invalidate something over-night.

Well, it's definitely good to know the old hearts will be converted, but PLEASE send the Twelve a stock of the new hearts and so people can buy them for tokens?? It's fine if that is only for heroic hearts, but seriously, keep it in?? Making the Twelve sell the new heroic hearts instead of the current version should be all of 5 minutes to code, and will make a LOT of people VERY happy.
Now off to buy 5 true hearts while I still can...

How many "Commendations of Valor:" are needed to get THOW?
Sagas are currently for purchased packs only or VIP. I dont think there are any for the F2P people.
Will fragments and Tokens be worth anything afterwards?
