I have been using a second account along with this one, and finally decided to upgrade it to premium. So, using PayPal, I purchased the 19.95 points bundle. I have used this PayPal account on my main account before, although i usually use my Credit Card.
The purchase was successfull, and I have the Turbine points in my second account, but it is still free to play. I have logged off, restarted, etc. to no avail. I also used the support.turbine.com site to send a request, but its kinda slow. Was hoping for some dual account gaming this week, but my plans are kinda gimped by the second account not upgrading properly.

OK, I bought something with the Turbine points and NOW it upgrades to premium, so Thats how it works folks.
