Previously, I've had nothing but good experiences with the folks at the other end of the phone at 855-WB-GAMES. Today was the exception. The woman at the other end made it seem as if I were impinging on her personal time with my question, and she was rather condescending about it. She told me to "submit a ticket" and then bid me a good day and hung up. Thanks for not answering my question. I guess it's good to see that the in-game GM method of "sumbit a XXX" has rubbed off on the phone support people.

Maybe it's because you're experiencing "higher than normal call volume" but don't take it out on me that you're having a bad day.
