You mean the encounter that lets you unlock the door isn't popping up? Or something else?

The "encounter" is a key lying on the ground. Yes, it isn't popping up.

The key is still spawning. I've found it within the last three weeks. It was in it's south east location. HOWEVER, it was not in the exact spot the map shows. I know in the past i've seen it in the spot the map shows, one time I saw it closer to the entrance to the burning building quest, and this life it was in a different location.

So all I can say is don't take the bottom right marker as an exact spot for it to spawn, but a reference to an area in which it can spawn. You'll have to look around a bit more.


EDIT: To be more specific, in the past i have found it slightly west of #19 and this life i found it slightly south east of #19

Thanks, I'll try checking next to the quest entrance as well. I've been checking for it along the main road from entrance to manor, all around the manor, and all around the Harvest Hall - nothing in the 20-something times I checked. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

Does the key respond to the Q key, or do you have to manually click it like the journals?

Q key? Sorry, remapped most of my keys from the defaults. If you mean the switch to focus so it shows up in your examine orb, not sure. Don't see why not, but I didn't try it. If you mean the auto-use button to pick it up without clicking on it, again not sure but don't see why not.

I just remember doing wheloon searching for it in the two previous places I had found it by teleporting to harvest hall and running path to burning building and I only saw it in the new third place this life out of the corner of my eye with a ".....***?!" heh.

I found it last night, the key was north of the manor, maybe between 10 and 13 ish? Maybe...
