Default U19 Max HP Build?? How I Make Babby?

So I'm sittin here drinking beer and thinking about what I wanna do for a new build and it hits me, max HP. Something that can give me the most possible sustainable HP in the game as a foundation to hang some sort of DPS on. 20 Dwarf Barbarian? Maybe something like a WarPriest/Frenzied Berserker? I will TR a multi-life toon who has PL Fighter, Rogue, Sorc, and Wiz and a +5 Tome on all stats into the build that has the most theoretical HP and try to play through, hopefully getting another life out of the way.

As a diversion while I mull out some insanity myself, enjoy the Lowest Possible Hit Points in D&D 3.5 for a laugh.

Apparently there is no limit on Toughness feats you can take in DDO, which is pretty lame when it comes to trying to min/max hit points.

CON-based S&B Dwarven Defender seems the obvious choice; with +6 CON and +20% HPs from Gtr Defensive Stance. Monk splash gets you Evasion and two extra Toughness feats, if you really wanna push it. Can epic Toughness be taken more than once?

No, Epic Toughness is a one-off. I was honestly hoping Toughness was only a 3x possibility (I thought it was like that in actual D&D but was wrong), as that would have forced some building instead of just slapping Toughness all over the place. Though now I'm weighing a straight up Dwarven Stalwart build with US as his primary ED vs 15FTR/5CLR Dwarven Stalwart/Radiant Servant. I'd lose some HP, Tier 5 Stalwart (not a huge deal), but get to be a hate tanking glowbug. Which has it's appeal.

18 Fighter/2 Monk Dwarf max con S&B build.

Opportunity for 9 toughness feats, bet anything you could hit 60 con, 20% hp, then actually build for doublestrike and I wouldn't doubt you could actually do some meaningful dps with something like Mountain's Fist.

Best part about the build? 17 Strength is all you would need for anything (besides Overwhelming Crit) which means 13 starting strength and a +4 tome would get you your feats. Also, you've got a total of 21 feats by the time you hit 25 (24 by 28, counting the ED feats) so it's not like you can't build something that won't suck so bad you'll rip your eyes out.

Hey, this is your nutty idea, dude, gotta learn to embrace the madness.

Apart from aesthetics, I'm not seeing the point of a weaksauce aura and no bursts; esp. if it means giving up, say, Block & Cut on a S&B ftr.

Pal 4 is for Divine Grace, Righteousness, & Might. Almost 1,000 HPs w/out gear and only a +2 CON tome; +20% while in stance (and S&B).

I don't think you can take Toughness in lieu of the ED feats.

Here's my take. I dropped out Monk as I really don't want to be restricted to Light Armor (I really like the idea of Dwarf Fortress), took just 2 PAL levels for the CHA bonus to saves, maxxed Intim, and yeah, I didn't go too crazy with the Toughness feats:

I mean, really, he just seems like a really capable tank, which I guess is what you get with an HP build. Not having Evasion is a pain, but between huge HP (once ED and everything is factored in it should be pretty ridiculous), and decent saves he shouldn't have much of a problem withstanding some beatings.

Wear heavy armour with monk levels. Do it. Do it now. They're just for toughness bonus feats anyway I'd assume. Yes toughness IS a possible feat for the ED bonus feats.

Nothing says you can't wear hvy armor w/monk splash; you just lose Evasion. It's still a net gain of 1 feat, +3 Will & Reflex saves, +5% heal amp from Shintao, and up to +3% Dodge from Ninja (Acrobatic). The only drawback to 16/2/2 split is losing lvl 18 core enh, but Defensive Sweep is pretty weak, IMHO.

I think 18 Fighter/2 Monk Dwarf would be the highest sustainable HP build

Overall you could have 13 Toughness Feats and 1 Epic Toughness. The 13 normal toughness would be Heroic 7 Feats (1/3/6/9/12/15/18), Epic(24,27), Destiny Feats (26,28), Monk Bonus (1,2). Epic Toughness would be at level 21.

Dwarves can boost CON and get Toughness enhancements and points spent in defender add to HP. Stance S&B would give 20% boost to HP and Child of the Mountains would add another 4% HP.

At least with fighter you can Get IC-Slash, PA/C/GC, THF/ITHF/GTHF, Shield Mastery/Improved Shield Mastery, Shield Deflection and by taking Put Your Belly into It you can add your CON mod to Dwarven Axe.

As a small concession to any cleric who trys to heal you you can get 5% HA for 1 point in Shintao Monak
