Can you take druid levels with a stone of experience?

Yes.

I am currently playing a lvl 20 druid(pure) I leveled using stone. I've also got a few multi-classed characters where I took druid levels using Veteran Status II or Iconic bases(and took the levels during the leveling process.

I have yet to try actually grabbing a druid level on a non-druid with the stone but I assume it works.

But do not forget that there are alignment restrictions with Druid so ensure you can LR into this with your current alignment. Otherwise get an alignment change form the store before you LR.
