Sarcasm? How do you not know that duplicating items is an exploit? How does somebody's brain twist around to believing that the ability to duplicate items is WAI? The short answer is, they don't. They knew perfectly well that they were exploiting, and did it anyway.

Used to be there was an IEEE model of system development. It included the retirement of the system as part of initial systems analysis. Being an engineer at heart, I agree with the idea that the end begins when the beginning is planned.
