Does Human Ambidexterity and Tempes Whirling Blades stack?

They should absolutely stack. For starters, they don't do the same thing, they don't have the same name, and one is class while the other is race, all reasons they would stack.

Whirling blades gives +1/+1 per tier (only when dual wielding) for 2 pts (+3/+3 for 6 pts or +4+4 for 8))

Ambidexterity gives +1/+0 at first tier, +1 dodge at second, +0/+1 at third (+1/+1 for 6 pts, and +1 dodge)

If you ask me ambidexterity is not even close to worth it with so many great choices to spend your AP on.
