Does the drow and halfing improved dodge enhancements stack with the class ones. Ie ninja spy or tempest? I know the class enhancements don't stack with each other.

Improved Dodge (racial) doesn't stack with Improved Dodge (Tempest), but it does stack with Acrobatics (Ninja) as the enhancements have different names.
