Ghost of perdition : frag 4 drop rate

Since on wikiddo i didn't find a clue about it i dare to ask it here:

there is a chance to find a fragment shield 4 in ghost of perdition on NORMAL ?

well, nobody replied yet...

so i just made 2 run on normal.. the first (all optional completed ofc) gave me in the first chest 1 sigil of frame as expected.
In the second chest .. a nice +4 greatsword solar ghostbane.
but no shield fragment..

so i made another run on normal , this time eating a large jewel of fortune.
in the first chest 2 (!!) sigil of frame and in the second chest a Shred of Tapestry.

i don't wanna do another run on normal with a large jewel active, i am planning to do a HARD run (since i just know on elite/solo for me is near impossible i just made a lot of try).

so i made a run on HARD .. completed all optional with a +2 jewel of fortune active.

it gave me a +3 tome of STR instead of a shield fragment 4... that's funny.

Btw one of the hardest quest of the whole game.

I think I've had shield frags drop on normal, but it's been a while since i ran for the optional chests, i get enough of them from running the orchard slayers/rares anyway.

The jewels of fortune wont help though, they only affect random loot, not named items like shield parts.
