Does the enhanced rainbow buff (the 50% chance to proc Double Rainbow effects) from Joy of the Queen work with ranged weapons? I noticed that the wiki only mentioned spells and I can't seem to find any confirmation as to whether this works with bows, etc.

Last time I used it with a longbow (a month ago right before update 19), the 50% proc does not go off, but the really rare 100% proc does.
