Fighter and stunning blow question

I just wanted to double check I wasn't missing anything. Post u19 and the enhancement change, there are less bonus points I can get (from fighter) against the stunning blow DC? Is the max from fighter 3 bonus points now?

For my reference, I've read you need about 65 DC for EE, how about EH?

I found 65 to be lacking in EEs. Enough that I dumped the feat.

Yes. i'm going to go the tripping rout myself now. stunning was cool wile it lasted.
