If you love the (many!) wilderness areas in DDO and want to explore them in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere - we are the perfect guild for you. Rare Encounters is hoping to attract players who enjoy taking their time to discover what the wilderness have to offer. Most of us have our main toons on other active guilds but keep an alt in Rare Encounters for a different style of game play... without pressure or time limits. Did you know there's more than SEVEN MILLION possible XP points in DDO's wilderness areas? It's true.

To give you an idea of the areas we'll be exploring, follow this link to the DDOWiki Wilderness Adventure Area info page. It lists the wilderness areas by level and the XP for each, depending on what you concentrate on. If you like to play slower-than-most and enjoy exploring every area in the game, we'd be happy to have you join us in the Rare Encounters Guild.
