Default Which classes have synergy with Dwarf?

I want to use my +20 heart to LR my character into something a bit more useful. Which builds might synergize with the Dwarven Fighter I currently have? I have access to most classes and have no preference, but pure Fighter is too limited. I just want to be as effective in EE as possible. Already have a Bard and Fighter, so I'm thinking something with Cleric or Monk. I don't know all the class abilities inside out though.

Fighters, barbs and monks work well (due to +tactics).

A 16/2/2 monk/fighter/arti (fighter for tactics+haste boost), arti for UMD&scroll mastery, monk for unarmed, some feats, stances and stunning fist might be interesting.

Or ye' olde kensei would be fine.

Is the Arti split only for self healing? What about Rogue? What is a good Fighter/Monk split? Is there any drawback to being FvS as a Dwarf?

Arti also nets magical training - unlimited cocoon.
Why rogue? Dwarf offers little to rogue.
To a degree, yes. Dwarf offers nothing for it, so you're lacking synergy (although, who the hell cares), you also take a charisma penalty, which means nothing much.

Fighter/monk is down to opinion, depending on what you want.
    Monk with fighter levels?
    Fighter with monk levels?

I found a deepsplash melee divine to be a lot of fun, with great durability & decent dps capability - they'll be even better with the upcoming introduction of War Priest enhancements.

My own is a 12fvs/6fighter/2monk, dwarf axe & tower shield heavy armoured build (monk levels purely to fit more feats in), it basically plays like a paladin with better spell selection the way that I've set up the enhancements, however you could also focus more in the AoV & war priest lines to unlock the archon which would be great in the Exalted Angel destiny to let you use Divine Wrath more frequently - combined with the Ameliorating Strike & Divine Vessel abilities that would give a great mix of AoE damage & healing for you & your party, sufficient to act as a party healer in a lot of situations with the added bonus of "hey, i'm not a healer i'm a deepsplash melee" getout clause for no pressure to actually act like a healer
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

    Personally ... I'd go 12 fighter / monk 6 / pal 2 - bear with me
    - TWF feats, using either picks or hammers or axes (whatever your current fave is) or PA/cleave/greatcleave
    - centered kensai in earth stance
    - pal 2 for moderate save boost and opening up divine power (via turn undead from unyielding sentinel)

    On a similar path, 12 fighter / 2 monk / 6 paladin
    - same centered beast with dwarf weapons, good saves, etc.
    - can fit in the monk stance feats (take monk early)
    - pal 4 opens up empower healing
    - if you can, fit in echoes of power
Ghallanda - now with fewer alts and more ghostbane

Thanks for the feedback, I forgot to say that it was True Neutral. Monks have to be Lawful, right?

Correct; and pallies are LG-only. The LR+20 doesn't include alignment change, unfortunately. But if this is a pure ftr, you can purchase & use an alignment change before LRing.

Well, I have my own True Neutral dwarf going with some racial synergies, but... unless your fighter is currently level 3 or less I don't think you can LR+20 into that build either. And I have no idea if it'll be at all useful in EE content anyway...

You could always go Clr18/Ftr2, go nuts with Con, and swing a big axe with the Throw Your Weight Around enhancement. It's a build I've been meaning to try, so I can't vouch for its effectiveness in EE. On the plus side, it wouldn't cost you an Alignment Change, and most of your gear should stay relevant.

It's always a shame when the hammer of poor design choices smashes the fun of player tactical adaptation.
