Default Build request: 36 pt self-sufficient tactics melee

Hello, I have just achieved my 1st third life character, having 2 previous fighter lives. I want to take advantage of that by building a 36 pt final life Tactics/DPS build. This build should be focused on feats and enhancements and NOT gear. I don't have any great gear and I don't have the time to get any great gear, so if it can't be found on the auction house or made with Cannith crafting, don't presume I'll be able to get it. I would like to be as self sufficient as possible. I did eat a +4 supreme stat tome.

    I'm thinking:
    fighter levels for tactics enhancement
dwarf or warforged for racial tactics enhancements
paladin or barbarian for divine might STR or rage STR for better tactics

For tactics, I guess it has to be a STR build, but I am open to a dex/str build if possible

For healing I think Lay on hands would be great, and Tier 5 monk Shadows Cannot Exist Without Light would be great.

I want stunning blow and improved trip. Improved shatter is nice for the -4 fortitude debuff for the casters in my groups, but I could do without it.

If I go dwarf then I have to have 8 fighter levels for One With the Blade for centered axe fighting

If I go warforged then I am not opposed to using monk weapons and not going 8 fighter for OWtB, but I'm not sure I can get very good DPS that way

So maybe Fighter/Monk/Paladin Dwarf or Warforged of some kind?

Looking forward to build ideas, thanks a bunch.

Don't let the Dwarven affinity for Axes blind you to Axes being the only option. There's nothing saying you can't use Short Swords, Long Swords, Quarterstaves, or Kamas as Dwarf and remain centered without requiring 8 Fighter levels...or just stay Unarmed.

The build is very, very strong. I initially started with Carpones fighter/monk/druid. While it was a bit easier to self heal, Cetus's build has much better survivability, much better DPS, fantastic tactics, and good self healing. In my opinion Cetus's is superior. And not just because I know him.

As for his "uberness", He's by far one of the most talented players in the game that I have come across. A flawless solo EE WGU (melee, sub 60 min.) completion takes much more than just a fantastic build.
