Nice broadcast, but you need to adjust your lighting. The glare on your glasses made it difficult to see your eyes.

I actually spent a bit of time playing with lighting. Unfortunately, the glare on my glasses is from my computer screens so i'm not sure if theres anything i can do here.

but i'm open to suggestions that dont involve contacts (which might happen but not anytime soon) and doing the show without monitors.

reduce your gamma/brightness down to absolute minimum required for you to still see monitor for the duration of the podcast
