I am not a dev, and they probably won't answer if it IS an exploit, but after testing, it definitely seems like a bug to me. I don't know. It's still pretty awesome and I'm still planning a build around it.

Seeing as +[w] effects don't work in animal form, perhaps it's the trade off...

And why do the forums always bytch about the good bugs in the game?
Why don't we see "Hey, I'd like to make a pure acrobat with the capstone. When ya gunna fix Improved Feint?"
"Hey, ya know, since you split raid counters into Heroic/Epic versions; I'm getting tired of running eVoN on my arti for 20th completions. When ya gunna put Disciplinator in the epic loot tables?"
"Ya know, I paid for Arti 2 years ago, it'd sure be nice if the dog didn't turn into a jellyfish every time it walks by a ladder. When ya gunna fix that?"
"You put Upgrade Skill tomes into 20th completion lists? I bought 12 raid bypass timers for the 2.5% privilege of you UPSELLING me since there's a 0% chance of a base skill tome dropping? This is the first time that I genuinely feel ripped off by your practices."

Why all these Griefer-Two-Shoes that whine to high heaven about the exploits that "ruin their fun" and not enough bytching about the legitimate bugs that ruin everyone else's fun?
