With the update did they introduce level 28 versions of:
- Robe of Shadow?
- Cloak of Night?
- Mabar Handwraps?

Also, the notes say there is now enchant weapon: festival solar. Is this like festival frost? Can it be applied to any random gen weapon without increasing the main level? Can you apply it to a weapon with festival icy burst without overwriting the festival icy burst?

The item image says "Only one Festival Effect may be applied at a time", or something to that effect.

So no, you can't have both Festival Solar and Festival Ice effects at the same time.

Devs,

Please consider updating these classic mabar items to level 28 versions. I really think that pale masters, shadow-specced rogues, etc ought to be able to get a best in slot endgame item out of the once a year holiday event.

For example, I would suggest

Robe of Shadow (Level 28)

Nightshield (lvl 20) five charges
Nullification 150
False Life +50
Nullification Spell Lore +15%
Necromancy Focus 5
Greater Boon of Undeath

This would put it in line with loot gen items at that level, and give pale masters somethign cool to use as armor other than teh boring blue dragonscale that every other caster is using.

Do you prefer a ML 20 item without any random power or the possibility to get LVL 28 items with a random power ?
As nowadays named loot is not good if it doesn't have a random crappy power.
