Healer cleric Suggestion

I have a suggestion that I think would be a nice upgrade for healer hires.

*If there was a button that made the cleric stop fighting and follow you to only heal the party and itself. You can call it the Healer Follow or something like that.

*Another button that may be useful would be what I call the "Healer Stand" button which parks the hire at its current location and gives it instruction to heal the party and itself and not to engage in combat.

I think that would be a dramatic change to the use of hires. thanks for your time to read my post.
