You should have contacted a GM to reset your counter prior to your last run. Think you are SOL now and if you want your 20th, you will have to run 3 more before the next patch.
I had a toon at 9 heroic/30 epic and the GM reset it 39 epic. Ran my 40th and got my end reward (but no nightmare ), and crappy +3 tomes.Main toons: IronThatcher (tank & box breaker for inquisitives), Mehhh (ranger)...pion of HS...zug zug
