Questions about Mabar Signets and Sagas

Curious, and cannot get on Lammania ...

1) Are the Signets BtA? Some of my toons are not as Dragon-capable as others ...
2) Are Sagas repeatable, like other quest chains? I.e. once I complete a saga and collect my end reward, can I just reset the sage and do it all again for another end reward?
3) Seeing the same quest show up in multiple sagas - how does it work? Does a completion count towards all the sagas? Only the first one you collect?

1) No idea
2) Yes; totally repeatable.
3) Strongly suspect 'counts towards all sagas', but have no first hand experience.

1) nope BTC, once per day per character.
At first dragon completion for that day.
2) yes once the saga system is fixed.
3) good question... I don't have the answer.

Answer to number 3:

If you complete a quest, it will count for any Saga that requires that quest.

For example: there is Saga A that requires Epic Quest A, and Saga B requires Epic Quest A, but Saga C requires Heroic Quest A. Once you complete Epic Quest A, it counts towards Saga A and Saga B, but not Saga C.

Once placed into a weapon, can they be removed with Jeweler's Toolkit?
