Keep Mabar-themed items, and allow upgrading to 28 of the older loot. The augments are cool.

Also, allow a turn-in to add a slot to older loots (with a cost).

Adding generic tomes to Mabar will drive some participation, but it's going to get a lot of other folks bent and create lots of problems getting them, etc.
