Missing a feat

I didn't realize ranger got 2 weapon fighting at level 2 and wound up taking two weapon fighting from another class. I wasn't given an option to pick another feat so one of my feats seems wasted.

If I don't have 11 BaB at 18 for greater two weapon fighting but have 11 BaB at 20 can i just skip feat selection until 20 or do i have to pick a feat at 18 and then reset it?

You will want to see Fred to exchange TWF for another feat.

You cannot delay taking your feat. You must meet all the requirements for the feat when you pick it. For you this means you need a BAB of 11 at level 18 in order to take GTWF. If you do not have a BAB of 11 at level 18, you will need to choose another feat and take GTWF at a later level: as an Epic feat (21, 24, 27) or a class (fighter) bonus feat if applicable (19, 20) once you meet the requirements.

Since TWF is a requirement for both ITWF and OTWF, you would have to get rid of both of those in order to swap TWF. This would require many feat swaps. However, there might be a bug where you won't be able to swap TWF at all since you have it twice and once is free from ranger. If there is a bug and you cannot swap TWF after getting rid of the feats that require it, then an LR would be the only way to fix it.

An LR might be the cheapest and fastest alternative, short of a reroll.

14 now. I guess I'll just live with 1 less feat till True reincarnation so i don't waste an LR.
