Insight bonus to enhancement

I was looking at the Kensai enhancement tree on the ddo wiki and I am not sure what they mean by gaining insight to enhancement. Is that just extra bonus to hit or is it something much more? It is described under the weapon meditation enhancement.

It's basically an extra bonus to hit and damage. It's typed as insightful so if you found something else that gave an insightful bonus to weapons enhancements it wouldn't stack. (I'm not aware of anything else that has this bonus type to weapons)

so basically its a +10 to hit and damage just for having your focus weapon out?

If you can actually get it to stack that high, you lose a stack every 10 seconds.
