It's meant to be a winter wolf form build, and the bludgeon helps the natural attacks. I would actually dual wield Nightmare and First blood, since First Blood has the highest doublstrike % of any single item I know of in the game. It ends up being in total just some absolutely huge amount of Doublestrike sustained for any boss fight.

The TWF feats are there because I read that they helped the wolf attacks. If they don't work anymore then hey, you can spec for wisdom and have a decent stunning fist in there as well.

Actually, now I'm curious as to the total %.

    30% Boost
    18% Natural Fighting
    15% EE First Blood
    10% Wind Stance

and more that I'm missing. That's currently 73% (43% regardless of boosts) which is pretty **** good, plus I'd have the healing curse and the vampiric from Nightmare along with the level drain.

Ah okay, that makes sense I guess. I wasn't aware that Wolf form actually changed all your attacks to Bludgeon. You learn something new every day I guess. Lol I'm beginning to suspect that I really should start looking at other classes with more interest than "Can I make an AA out of this?"

****, that's pretty impressive doublestrike there. Would be fin to play with.

You mean like be a guinea pig (I got 2 yesterday, btw. Mine's named Sterling Archer) for Night and do his random build ideas? :P

Btw, if you drop the 3 TWF feats and made sure you had enough dex, you do have enough feats for the basic stuff for Manyshot. Just sayin.

I guess I just don't see the point in being a subpar off-tank, unless you just want a turtling option sometimes?

That said, I don't see any obvious mistakes in your build. What's your second ED feat? Or is that going to be Toughness? And I would take GWS instead of Power Crit.
Well, it's important to note that the stalwart abilities all REQUIRE you to have a shield equipped and be in stance, so a) TWF will cause this whole portion of the build to be lost and b) none of it will stack with primal scream, which doesn't affect you in stance, so your numbers are off a bit. Should still hit 80ish str with tensors and yugo with either scream or stance.

I must be thinking of PnP, I thought druids couldn't use metal weapons except (for some unknown reason) scimitars.

I'll need to check it again, but I used to be able to drop stalwart stance, scream myself, and re-stance and get the benefit of both. If that doesn't work, it's still 80 str in either stance or dual wielding which is a good boost to offense.

As to the weapon's debate, I've made quite a few alts just to test different ideas (those Iconics are amazing some days) and as long as you're proficient it seems you don't break your oath.

If that's true then... AWESOME! I'll check it tonight on my paly. I was always told that any defense stance removed and prevented rage effects so I never bothered to try it. Normally losing the HP from stance might bother me but since a) this happens every time I swap weapons and b) I have great self healing it's something I've gotten past.

I'll test it tomorrow when I get home. If you've tested it since then, please post your findings here. It might only work on a fighter, so I'll test that while you test a paladin. I'm sure it was a bug but I was never going to argue with it, just a wee bit more damage and health.

Well, I didn't get a chance last night, only got on for about an hour and was immediately wrapped up with guildies, so I'll try tonight I hope.
