Hello. A couple of questions:

1) Unupgrated FBD armors have Spell Lore VI - +6% spells critical chance. Is this WAI (6% is what we actually get) or bugged description as on cannith challenge items (so the description is bugged and it actually gives 16% crit chance) ?

2) How it gets changed now with 2nd upgrade? Pre-U19 it was greater arcane lore -> major AL.

It upgrades to 9% crit. It's a nerf, and not worth it anymore IMO.
