Default Does perfect twf (epic lvl 26 feat) works with unarmed?

does it work on monk? additional +5%/+10% doublestrike sounds cool if it works with unarmed.

mmm...I've taken it on my monk, theirs no reason it shouldn't work

If the devs pull a "cant fix it so I declare it WAI" and update the tool-tip to say doesn't work with handwraps (yes I'm looking at you legendary dreadnought) heads WILL roll!

nice, can you do some test about it? 1st of all in your character screen do you see the increased doublestrike chance +5% near the saves?

There was testing on this on Lammania. The character sheet was updating after taking the feat as long as you weren't in Wind stance. There may be a hard-cap on the amount of double-strike you can obtain, or possibly it just doesn't stack with the Wind stance bonus.

Did you check what it was before you took the feat, Hendrick?

Here's the Lammania post I was referring to:

I only had a few minutes, but I poked around on Lammy this morning before going to work.

The in game description for Perfect Two Weapon fighting did not say anything about melee weapons.

When I took PTW on my level 28 monk, it did apply the extra 5% double strike to my double strike figure on my character sheet. However, it did not seem to stack with Wind Stance.

Since Vargouille was online at the time, I asked him. He said that he would need to check into it. I indicated that it was a very important piece of information for monk and monk splashes. Hopefully we will hear more soon.

EDIT: In Mountain stance, my doublestrike went from 9% top 14% when I took PTW. But in Wind Stance, I was 24% before and after taking PTW according to the character sheet.

Do you have maximum experience in at least one of the primal destinies? (level 5 is not enough it has to be all the way maxed)

I'm holding 26 now so can't confirm, but there was mention on the forums that it was bugged and you needed two maxed destinies in a sphere to see the level 26 feats (supposed to be 1 for 26 and 2 for the additional feats added at 28).

I know I had it show up as a choice but I probably already had 2 maxed primal destinies at that point.

I can't check it out, my only level 26 eligible monk has all destinies capped. I have several monks, but I think they all have capped both GrandMaster and Legendary.

hmmm.. I am maxed on flowers and 5 on quite a few, I was holding off maxing others so I could have some flexibility as to what ED I was in and still get some destiny XP, I guess it's time to max out things...

ok, got ptwf at 26. now in earth with antipode my DS (in the character sheet) is 11% (6% antipode+5%feat).

but maybe it's just visual and it doesnt apply correctly... there's no test around? it's an important thing for monks. can any dev tell us if this is working or not? or it's something like LD 50% on helpless? it's not even written down in the feat that it doesn't work for wraps...

Default Bump for a Dev to confirm if WAI with wraps or not -- thanks

Bump for a Dev to confirm if WAI with wraps or not -- thanks!

Asking nicely/sincerely/politely! Perhaps Varg or someone could perchance pop their head in here for a minute & confirm or deny? Cheers! :P! !
