Just curious to hear about some of the funny companion names
I’ll start it off with one that’s not really funny, but I get a lot of comments and questions about - As the title shows (or doesn't because it was filtered out) I named my blue tree frog “What” The Frog or W.T.F. (Without the dots) for short.

Anything really creative out there?

I named my cube, MelloJello. I also named my owlbear Who. Not terribly clever, but they make me smile.

My gargoyle is Balboa. (cuz he's 'rocky')
My dogs are my actual dogs' names. (lame, but also I love my dogs, so :P)
My polar bear is Tiguak. (because I'm Canadian)

my crafting artificer's pet dog is named 'prototype' which I love.

I have a bat companion named 'stringtableerror', a companion golem named 'DNT', my pet cube is named 'cubethulu'. And of course, my pet earth ele named 'madstone'.

not the most clever or witty names, but they all make me laugh.

heh, Mine as well.

And while it is not terribly clever, my Juggie's dog is named Ransack. Since, with the Hunter of Boxes, that is what I want him for. If only there were some combat stance option for "Do not engage in combat, you will just get killed. Run around and break all of the boxes and barrels that I am running past!".

I name all mine after food, because if I were to RP, they would pretty much just be emergency rations that carry themselves. This way, when I need to eat my emergency rations I can roast the lil kobold shaman over the fire and eat him, I can say I am eating Cookies.... or Snickers, or Hotdogs, etc.
