Does Blinding Speed make you immune to slow?

As it acts as Haste spell which includes "Dispels and counters Slow."

As it acts as Haste spell which includes "Dispels and counters Slow."

The following is just theory based on what I know on similar things:

I imagine it functions much more like Grandmaster of Storms which does not make you immune to slow regardless of giving you all the attack benefits of Haste (and not stacking with it...minus the dodge and movement bonus of course).

Same goes for Alacrity on weapons/items not preventing the deceleration of your attack speed.
