Not recieving double turn in, in new content

If there is a double turn in the Wheloon chain, I am not getting credit. I go talk to the guy with the green check mark, and I get nothing.

I completed the StormHorn chain last night, and the same thing happened. My guild mate had access to the double turn in, mine bugged out. I cannot even start the quest chain again, but I can reaquire the quests individually.

Anyone else having this issue? It is not in the known issues list.

If you also have the heroic chain in your quest log try abandoning it. That allowed me to finish the epic Wheloon chain.

Thanks. It' s not letting abandon the heroic chain for the Stormhorns.

Yes I have this problem too , I finish the quest
"what goes up" , and when i want to turn it in , the npc wont Progress the questline , so im stuck.

I checked the "known issues" list and I couldn't find this on the list.

But when I submitted a ticket, I was told that it is now on the known issues list. And there is no known fix for it at this time.
