wife just bought mac mini (our first mac) and it has been really tough. finally worked 1 day before hotfix 2, now stuck on launcher at "installing pre-reqs".

Really ticked, long time VIP (3 VIP accounts for 3 years) and 1-855 WB GAMES was 0 help for her.
