My old build still viable ?

Hello good folk of the ddo forums

I am a returning player who has a level 18 cleric ( used the exp stone from the last expansion )

Im getting close to 20 finally and wanted to ask you about a ranged dps build

befor i turned into cleric I used to be a monk/ranger/fighter with rogue dilly , it was an utterly amazing build and I was soloing challenges and was felt very powerful and useful.

Now im looking for a similar build , but first are these builds still viable with u19?
