I noticed that bane of undeath wasn't adding the extra damage as well. Guess all ED's are broken since, Primal Scream isn't applying it's strength and con bonuses when its twisted.

also fanaticism is not adding the true chaos when relavint.

Check which stance you are in when using Primal Scream.
