Default Er... New Posts has gone?

Maybe it's something my end (Firefox).

Also on my android I can't view the forums unless I log in. Which is tedious and timeconsuming to do as I don't stay logged in.

It's getting more and more effort to participate in these forums and now even reading them?

Glad to hear it's coming back, I was beginning to think they just didn't want people to participate on the forums any more.

    Default New Posts IS back

I've very glad it's back, and has been for a while now. Makes life easier but something seams a bit off.

If I select "New Posts" when I'm logged in I get about 4 pages of entries. On first logging in, this makes some sense. But if I go away for a while and come back, I still get 4 pages of entries. Granted there are newer posts at the top of the list (so it's working as far as that goes).

If I select "New Posts" when I'm not logged in. I get an empty list. Okay, quite reasonable. After all, I'm not logged in so it wouldn't know what counts as "new" for me. When I go away for a while, come back and hit "New Posts" (having left the browser window open the whole time), I get a list of posts since I last tried.

So, either I'm expecting the wrong behavior when I'm logged in or the algorithm used when logged in is completely different than what happens when not logged in. Either way, I would much prefer to have a "New Posts" button. So, I'm glad it's back.

You can use "Quick Links->Today's Posts" to semi-get what you're looking for.
