12 hours before this I waited for 1 hour and 32 minutes for a GM because The Church and The Cult was bugged.

I don't count on GMs anymore. I know expasion is there but most of us PAY for the service, that means they NEED to have enough professionals to help people instead of saying "we are all busy, expansion hits and blablabla"
Strangely, I've never had a problem with the GMs. In pretty much every case I've asked for their help they have been fast (sometimes less than 3 minutes) and effective. I consider their service to be top notch.
