I feel you, after running the whole Necro 2 chain and turning in all four quests and The herald not giving me Shadow Crypt quest (yes, I reset it) I waited for 30 minutes to read from a GM "You need to make the quests in the right order, you could check the wiki". Order? LMAO.

12 hours before this I waited for 1 hour and 32 minutes for a GM because The Church and The Cult was bugged.

I don't count on GMs anymore. I know expasion is there but most of us PAY for the service, that means they NEED to have enough professionals to help people instead of saying "we are all busy, expansion hits and blablabla"

Strangely, I've never had a problem with the GMs. In pretty much every case I've asked for their help they have been fast (sometimes less than 3 minutes) and effective. I consider their service to be top notch.

After waiting for a non existent GM to help me out, I transferred everything I could, sold the rest gave the cash to a friend and deleted the toon. Just not worth the hassle of waiting for a GM to at some point get around to answering a ticket. what's the point of being a VIP and getting a GM to help when they don't show up.

Yes, I agree with you. I've never waited that long before, it's always like 3~5 minutes.
I was not complaining about the time at all but the time it took to read "you need to re-run the chain in the right order, check the wiki" LOLZ

In the past hot fixes have been implemented much faster than the allocated time. Seeing as the patch updated when i restarted the client, i figured we might be able to log in early.

The notes for the hotfix are as follows:

• Fixed an issue where characters could enter the Hall of Heroes before completing a reincarnation.
• Fixed an issue that could cause characters to have too much Heroic level experience, which could cause the reincarnation process to fail.
• Fixed an issue in the quest Army of Shadow where Marthir would not resume fighting after players kill Nightcrawler.

The thunderstone enhancement tosses the ball at enemies, and they take sonic damage - but they are never stunned (make save every time). Tested this at level 3 (16 base DC) with a level 25 character against level 8 mobs, even. Doesn't work.

The new dog enhancements for artificer that relate to healing are not working right. The dog seems to repair some, but there is no healing to the master (yes, out of combat.)

Just easier to complain about the servers being down during their scheduled time that actually noticing that the scheduled time for the game to be accessible is not for another 30 minutes.
