The notes for the hotfix are as follows:

• Fixed an issue where characters could enter the Hall of Heroes before completing a reincarnation.
• Fixed an issue that could cause characters to have too much Heroic level experience, which could cause the reincarnation process to fail.
• Fixed an issue in the quest Army of Shadow where Marthir would not resume fighting after players kill Nightcrawler.

How will this effect my toon Xylenne on Ghallanda who was the orginal issue with the TR problem. After getting my XP and levelling from the GM she is now stuck in the Phoenix tavern and cannot leave as it still thinks my reincarnation has not finished. Teleport lock Enforced and \death says TR not finished.. Will this fix that.

Astonishing that Confirmation of Astral Shard use for Chest Re-Roll is NOT in this Patch!

Especially as it's been stated as NOT WAI!

The absence of a confirmation box is not working as intended. When I have more information on when we are adding a confirmation box for the chest re-roll, I will let you all know.

- <string table items> in bank/inventory
- Guest Passes being broken
- No Confirmation Window for the loot re-roll

After waiting for a non existent GM to help me out, I transferred everything I could, sold the rest gave the cash to a friend and deleted the toon. Just not worth the hassle of waiting for a GM to at some point get around to answering a ticket. what's the point of being a VIP and getting a GM to help when they don't show up.

So any idea when the free feat swop with be fixed? I go to use it and getting nothing to swop it with, right side is blank.

I feel you, after running the whole Necro 2 chain and turning in all four quests and The herald not giving me Shadow Crypt quest (yes, I reset it) I waited for 30 minutes to read from a GM "You need to make the quests in the right order, you could check the wiki". Order? LMAO.

12 hours before this I waited for 1 hour and 32 minutes for a GM because The Church and The Cult was bugged.

I don't count on GMs anymore. I know expasion is there but most of us PAY for the service, that means they NEED to have enough professionals to help people instead of saying "we are all busy, expansion hits and blablabla"
