Post update raise dead

ok ive looked through the forums and in game enhancement trees but I don't seem to be able to see where/how/what is needed to allow us to use raise dead now, have they taken it away from us (along with so much else) in this downgrade er update or just hidden it really well

and you can now stock up on true resurrection scrolls with that same ability. starting with 10 scrolls can be a real boon in tough situations where you're all out of spell points and need to get another player back in the game at full hit points. you dont need the spell memorised to use the scrolls, so it frees up space for other spells.
