I was wondering, since I'll never get an ESOS what other TH weapon would you recommend for this build?
I'm assuming either EE Skybreaker, or fully upgraded Cleaver?
I'm not sure if your exact set-up would work as well with either of those...
I know I'd lose DPS and I believe It'd be mostly from lower crit range/multiplier, but I'm not entirely sure; to lazy to wiki the crit ranges on the weapons, and can't remember them off the top of my head. Lol
In the case that I don't have an ESOS, is it worth even following your build? Or should I simply build my own instead?
I've got some idea's tumbling around in my head, but I'm not to certain about any of them just yet.
I really just want to figure out what I want to do before I TR again. You've seen how long it takes me to cap a life. I would hate to spend all that time on a build that I wouldn't like, or wouldn't work in the end. lol

Its a pre-reg for one of the other feats, Bow Strength if I remember correctly.
@TheLegendOfAra - I did this build with a EE Great Axe of the Chained Soldier for awhile before I got my ESOS and it worked fine, my dps was fine with it, this build could really work with pretty much any slashing weapon, it just favors ESOS because of the crit range of ESOS.

epic whirlwind is nice for the low levels (20-25), if you have the materials already.

A few comments, the build you outlined is very much modified, and sacrifices a lot of dps and tactics.
I will be posting a detailed breakdown and comparison of the bladeforged version. I've been playing it very much, did some reincarnating, etc, so haven't had the time to update this.

Thanks for the input - looking forward to see what you have done. I havent played Bladeforged at all before - so its a try atm. This is a build to replace my old nerfed build with double nightmares.
Equipment is basically what i hade before and still will fit - might change that later ofc. I will change if i get hold of a +3 str black helm - to black armor and ofc if i eventually pull shard for SOS i will change from axe to SOS. But for now its axes.
About the feats - i really wanted to have imp crit ranged and stunning blow - i guess its imp thf and greater thf that have to go? Its tight with the feats for sure. Also i guess Perfect twf could be en epic option.

I cant see how you can take Zen archery starting with 6 wisdom.
Zen Archery Prerequisite: Wisdom 13+
and 8 Int isn't going to go far ..Monk gets 4 points/level.. ftr/pal 2 points... even with a +5 tome you wont get an extra point until level 15.
Skill Points:

Based on your levelling setup with Paladin first level instead of monk and a +4/5 Tome you would end up with something like...
UMD 11, Concentration 14, Balance 14, Repair 6. at level 20
Starting Monk First level would give you 8 more skill points to spend in total.. start first level - UMD 2, Concentration 4, Balance 4, Repair 2.. vs ..UMD 2 Concentration 4 Balance 0, Repair 0

Thank you for that catch - been rushing it a bit since im thinking of TRing- ofc i cant take zen archery with that - i need to start 8+5tome to get 13 - Im a moron at times - ty Jot. The reason for pally first is that i dont want to have to use a heart straight away to change that. Some less skill points i can live with - but the zen archery would have been bad.

Also just FYI, you do not need to twist in Bane of Undeath at all. Just change your destiny to Unyiedling Sentinel and back to LD in between quests and all your turns will stay. 18 turns is usually enough to get through most quests.
Good point - im gonna have a think about it and prob gonna TR tomorrow, and if i do something wrong i can sort it later. I might do a lesser to not have to have pally first level later. Im looking forward to this build - reminds me of the monster build a bit - i ran that build for quite a few years on this char and loved it.

Its very fun build, but you really have to know how to avoid damage and keep moving. I use Cleaver because I am not in favor of the VoN Gods at all, but I must say an upgraded Cleaver is still great DPS...with fully charged blitz I have no problems seeing 6-8k crits and very often, save the very high fort mobs.
I'd say get rid of Dodge and take Two Handed Fighting. Dodge feat is pretty useless on this build. I'd also say get rid of Epic Damage Reduction to pick up ITHF. Your losing a lot of DPS by not taking these feats.
I would also suggest twisting in Sense Weakness instead of Standing with Stone, especially if your using Stunning Blow.
Another suggestion is to take out +2 Strength from Kensai tree, and 2 AP from Ninja Spy. Use those 6 AP to invest in Improved Power Attack in BF tree. -3 Attack, +6 Damage.
Starting stats could be more like(assuming +4 tomes):

If your TR'ing into a Bladeforged (level 15), Pally has to be your first level.....unless you want to burn a +3 Heart to then switch that level to monk and a later one to pally.
Loving the Bladeforged variant so far throught heroic levels....Repair SLA FTWEspecially with displace and Shadow fade running on top of a decent dodge score.
How does Divine Might work with only 2 Paladin levels?
It is my understanding that the Pally version uses turns which you don't get until Pally level 4.
I tried this after I got my second Paladin level, and even took Extra Turn 3, but still had 0 available turns to activate Divine Might 2.
I realize that the original build posted had Cleric levels instead of Paladin levels, and that the Cleric version is powered by spell points.
The builds posted by others since also list DM2 with only 2 Pally levels, what am I missing?
If this is an oversight in updating the original build, than does 8F/6M/6P work a lot better then? IMHO, The extra strength from DM2 on this build would dwarf the Power Surge from Fighter 12. You would lose 2 feats though, not sure what to cut

That's not quite true.
You can use DM, but only a very limited amount of times (ie, select it, and take some 'extra turns' from the tree, and voila - a few uses of Divine Might. They don't ever recharge though until you get Bane of Undeath - so basically the point you make is correct!)
If you've found a way to do this please post, because extra turns doesn't actually give you the turn undead feat. you need a cleric level,4 pally levels bane of undeath or the Improved turning feat. (At least I believe it's this one, I know one does give turns).
However if you have found a way around this please enlighten me.
